The north Austin Brentwood neighborhood area is the home of
this Metrohouse. This project features one two story home and
one single story home. Home A, a two story, is set near the
street. Since the living room is dominated by a glass wall it
is shielded from the street by the screened

porch. It also makes use of the “front” yard which
is fully privatized by a fence.These Metrohouses are just two
blocks from the eclectic Burnet road. This corridor is currently
transitioning into an eclectic area with boutique shops, restaurants
and home furnishing stores. |
