The north Austin Brentwood neighborhood area is the home of
this Metrohouse. This project features one two story home and
one single story home. Home B, a single story, is set to the
rear of the lot but maintains its street presence with its bold
3 foot tall identifying letter “B”. The east

wall of the home is composed mostly ofglass that looks onto
a generous private fenced yard. These Metrohouses are just two
blocks from the eclectic Burnet road. This corridor is currently
transitioning into an eclectic area with boutique shops, restaurants
and home furnishing stores.
