Compact yet powerful, the prominent feature of these homes are
their two story grey block towers. On the ground floor the tower
serves two functions - dining area and the beginning of the
articulated metal stairwell that so forcefully makes it way
up to the second level catwalk. Since the tower bisects the
home, dividing the owner's suite from the guest bedroom and |

study, the midair skybridge allows traffic to flow from one
side of the home to the other. Punchouts in the grey block tower
are composed of brazilian redwood and colored plexiglass and
allow an artful play of light while the skylights above allow
filtered daylight into the space. Good things really do come
in small packages!!
