These Metrohouses in the Rosedale neighborhood pay tribute to
the inspirational era of 1950's modern. Interior space and materials
flow seamlessly into the landscaped private outdoor rooms, creating
a direct connection between interior and exterior areas. Materials
such as stucco, stone and cedar are used as our primary material
palette in order to create a natural and classic modern architectural
statement. |

Extensive use of storefront glass creates light filled spaces
that highlight the stone walls that intersect the interior of
the homes. Limestone, indigenous to the Austin area, is used
throughout the homes. Custom fabrication of this limestone into
a thin brick like pattern creates a modern aesthetic that will
maintain its appeal well into the future.
